Great rack
This is the second rake since the first one broke after a second use. The second rake seems to be holding out and works great for the turf.

It broke right away
The whole thing broke. I tried using it and the pole just broke. I was working on a tiny yard and it just fell apart. Not recommendedUpdate: the seller contacted me about the issues and offered a refund. Quick customer service is worth buying from again in the future

Removes pine needles from turf
Neighbors have a pine tree that drops its needles on our turf. This works wonderfully to remove those. We had a different brand one from Home Depot with a wooden handle that was heavy and cumbersome. This one is light, but sturdy and rigid. Wife likes that she can adjust it shorter.

Joint broke with light use
The bottom joint of the handle no longer tightens after about 3 months of light use, so the head of the rake is not stable making the rake difficult, if not impossible to use. And it appears on the Amazon website that the returns or refunds button that was there when I bought it has been taken down. And now the rake is "unavailable". UGH! Waste of money!!!

Pole tightened broke in one week
The rake has an extension and tightening mechanism which broke, now the head doesn’t stay in place and spins around.
