Phenomenal Customer Service
I had ordered this dress for a 1920s-themed event and had paid more for shipping than for the dress (event timing required expedited shipping). When the delivery was delayed, the seller was prompt in notifying me and in letting me know that if interested I could request a discount or return/refund. As it became evident the delay was going to be such that I would not have the dress in time for the event, I requested the return/refund, which was granted in full (including the shipping!). In addition to which, the dress must have been out of the country of origin (and I suspect more expensive for the seller to have the item returned to them), as I was told that I was welcome to keep the dress or pass it on as a gift, if I was no longer able to use it. When the dress did arrive, I was very impressed with the quality. The dress is beautiful and a great bargain, given the price and the level of quality. By far the most phenomenal customer service I have ever received. Trustworthy service is not easily come by, but I would happily buy from this seller, again.
