Q: Can the font size be changed to larger print?

The font size can be changed in the template editor.

Q: can you email invoices from the program so a windows computer can open it text or pdf?

Just download cute PDF writer, (and Converter) free version works fine then print the invoice to desktop and/or file using Cute PDF writeer as you printer and and then email as an attachmentr, works great that way! http://www.cutepdf.com/ Good Luck and BTW it is a good program!
