Headset won't turn on, or charge all of a sudden. Still works if connected via cable. Not a cable issue as attempted various others around the house, so hardware is defective. Return period ended, unable to contact seller so left with a faulty device.

Ürün geldi resmen şok oldum çünkü o kadar rahat ve o kadar hafif ki bu zamana kadar çok iyi kulaklıklar kullandım asus rog serisi olsun razer olsun üst segment kulaklıklar kullandım. Fakat hiçbirinde bundaki rahatlığı ve bundaki malzeme kalitesi ve ergonomi bulamadım gerçekten çok iyi kulaklıkmış. Sese gelecek olursak sesi hiç düşük falan değil düşük diyenleri anlayamıyorum gerçekten anlam veremedim sesi gayet yüksek hatta ben bazen kusuyorum ama şöyle aşırı yüksek dediğimiz ses performansı yok yüksek ses performansı var ama aşırı yüksek ses performansı yok bunu bilmek lazım ve yüksek ses performansını göz önünde bulundur olduğumuz zaman o kadar kaliteli ve o kadar çok bir ses veriyor ki üç boyutlu ses desteği de ayrı bir hikaye ayrı bir dünya zaten orası bambaşka bir mükemmellik seviyesinde. The Arctis 7P+ is a solid choice. The build quality is excellent, and it connects easily with Bluetooth, in my case, to a PC with no hassle. The sound quality is great, delivering clear and immersive audio. The standout feature for me is the battery life—it’s fantastic and lasts a long time. It's light and I can game for hours without discomfort. Definitely a great headset for anyone looking for comfort, performance, and reliability. Well worth it.

Partendo dal presupposto che prima di comprare queste cuffie ne ho utilizzate varie altre come Trust, Logitech e Turtle Beach nel corso degli anni ma mai mi sono trovato così bene come con queste. Sono prime in assoluto per comodità, per me che porto gli occhiali non c'è alcun problema anche dopo tanto utilizzo. In quanto alla carica è spettacolare, in media le utilizzo 8 ore al giorno sia per riunioni che per gaming su console (PS5) e riescono a durare senza problemi per almeno 3 giorni; nonostante le abbia comunque da un po' di tempo (circa 1 anno) la batteria non si è per nulla deteriorata. Come detto in precedenza le utilizzo per qualsiasi cosa, riunioni, gaming e musica e non ho alcun problema. Per quanto riguarda il gaming offrono una spazialità ottima che ti permette sempre di capire da dove proviene qualsiasi suono. Nelle riunioni mi trovo benissimo in quanto la qualità del microfono è davvero ottima (come riconosciuto anche da tutte le persone con cui parlo in chiamata). Unica piccola pecca è il suono che su console non riesce ad essere altissimo, pur impostando al massimo il volume sulla console e quello delle cuffie non si raggiunge un livello taleda spaccarti i timpani. Nonostante ciò il suono è assolutamente di alto livello. Il punto di forza resta la comodità che non ha eguali, hanno un peso davvero esiguo e un tessuto ottimo che non porta a sudare. Valgono il prezzo che hanno.

Mic gave out on my 2019 headset, so I got this updated version. I use it for my computer and it also really easily connects to my phone through the USB C dongle. Hopefully this one will last at least as long, sound quality is amazing and is the only headset that doesn't hurt my head/ears I've tried so far.
