So it would have been helpful to realize BEFORE I bought this that it is indeed intended for a European market. However, since I shot first and aimed later I decided to do what I could to get it to work. First I had to deal with the plumbing issue. The pre-plumbed faucet supply lines that are attached to the faucet need adapters to work on typical US fittings. These adapters are not found at ordinary hardware stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I had to go to a specialty plumbing store AND find a plumbing expert there to help me figure out which adapters would work. Once I did that I then had to deal with the electrical issue. If you’re ok with changing out batteries every 6 months to a year then you can skip this step. But I’m installing four of these faucets, so I didn’t want the headache. I first tried a cheap 120 volt adapter from Amazon that did not work because it didn’t actually convert the voltage. I found the right adapter from Walmart.com. It was cheap enough at about $5 and it does what I need it to do. It is quite bulky sticking out of the wall, but since the plugs are below the sink and inside cabinets they’re not visible. Once I got the adapter situation solved this faucet worked perfectly! It has all my checklist needs: 1. Brushed nickel finish, 2. Above the counter temperature adjustment, 3. 120v and battery backup power, 4. Touchless (of course), 5. Constant on feature (30 secs), which is helpful if you have to wait for hot water like we do. As and aside, I did have to install outlets below the sinks myself, which is another project you may not be willing to undertake in order to install this faucet. But for me it was worth it (happy wife…;-).

Muy buen grifo, fácil de instalar y muy práctico. El sensor funciona muy bien. Lo único, para que quede claro y no se indica, tiene conexión a corriente eléctrica y además, puede funcionar con 4 pilas. IMPORTANTE!! No es un cargador, funciona de forma independiente, siempre usando la electricidad y si no hubiera, usarían las pilas.

Super Produkt, funktioniert bei uns einwandfrei im Gäste-WC und sieht toll aus. Ich finde es auch für unsere Kids praktisch, immer gleiche Einstellung von Temperatur und Wasserstrahl. Würde ich wieder kaufen und auch weiter empfehlen. Anleitung habe ich wegen einer Frage angehängt.

I had to return because it isn’t comparable in anyway to typical American water hook up for water or electric. This is a German product.

Design simples e ergonómico.Sensor funciona bem. Tem uma segunda opção, bastante útil: sensor de toque no topo para ligar e desligar quando necessitamos de um fluxo contínuo de água, para lavar a cara por exemplo.Um único senão: o misturador de água quente/fria não funciona. Estão sempre misturadas ambas as águas. Fechei a água quente.Tirando isto estou bastante satisfeito com ela que não a quiz devolver.
