Schlage F40 ACC 619 Accent Door Lever, Bed & Bath Privacy Lock, Satin Nickel

I was in the process of converting all of the fixtures in my condo from a brass finish to brushed nickel. I wanted to update to a modern look without going too soft nor too sharp on the edges. This family of handles provided the perfect balance of everything I was looking for! This was used for all of the interior doors in my place, the presentation was an ideal fit, and the handle holds sturdily. The finish of the handle keeps it from showing a lot scratches (particularly useful for high traffic doors) and the lever design makes it easy to use even when your hands are full. The handle can easily flip facing left or right depending on which way your door swings, and installation is literally done in less than 15 minutes! I installed the keyed version of this for the main entry door and could not be happier with how well the appearance of my entire place has transformed!

The door handles look great. Door levers make if easier to open the door when your hands are full. Bought these for the new doors of a remodeled home.

Fits well

Had a contractor install 14 handles for me. He said the Schlage are nice but expensive. As far as installation goes, he said cheaper handles are easier to install than Schlage. Pros: Nice satin nickel finish and sleek Cons: Not the easiest to install. Would require 2 hands for me as I'm not strong enough to hold the handle together on both sides while using the screw driver

Levers are really nice to have when your older so why not put them in now... These are really nice and great quality, one thing I didn't think of before I replaced every handle in my home is the width and how large they are (how far out they stick away from the door on each side) I have a small home and some of the doorways are not wide especially walking into the closet and that extra inch or so is annoying.. I did replace the closet with one that is narrower and am so much happier. Wouldn't think an inch would make that much difference but when you are tight on space its something to consider. If that's not an issue for you these are really nice and look good.

Great product for the price. I forgot to check if it was made in the United States. It was pleasant to install unlike other ones.

We installed lever style handles that were a really good price - silly us. They were really "sharp" on the end and I gouged myself a couple of times pretty badly. They also didn't close smoothly - kind of a "kerchunk" but I didn't know that was weird. Finally broke down and ordered one of these to replace the one that injured me most often. Oh my goodness! They are smooth and have rounded edges everywhere - no danger at all. But even better, they were easy to install and the work way better - close softly and cleanly and open with a gentle push on the lever. Needless to say, I've now ordered enough to replace all our handles.

As expected, great product good price and works well and looks great.

This handle is very sleek and nice with the doors in my house, I love the finish and the feature that if a kid locks the door from the inside with the button, a toothpick or something skinny to fit through the small hole would unlock the door and prevent unnecessary stress. It holds up well and does exactly what it needs to!
