Gummies tastes great! Not sure if I feel any difference it may be too early to tell but overall I’m a fan of these. I take the recommended 2 a day and I feel good. A little pricey but overall it’s a good product. I’ll update my review later to see if I feel any significant difference.

At first I didn’t really think I liked it and thought it wasn’t doing anything, so I stopped taking it. I don’t like to overload myself with supplements if I don’t think they are working so I stopped taking it. That’s when I noticed the difference. It’s not a huge game changer that happens overnight, it’s mild and barely noticeable but it does in fact work. I didn’t realize how sick and run down I was feeling until I stopped and that started again. By far the best overall health supplementation I take. They don’t taste bad either.

These taste like cotton candy; which is exactly why I won’t buy them again. I expect a bit of sugar in these gummies. But when they taste this sweet, then I feel it’s waaaaay too much sugar to be putting into a supplement.

Good flavor and they make me feel great!
