I really like this curling iron. I gave away my bio ionic to my sons girlfriend and really didn’t want to spend 150$ on another one. I like this one better than the bio ionic. My hair would get caught in the handle of bio ionic and trying to get my hair out without breaking my hair off, I was keeping the heat to my hair too long. I have not had that problem with this curling iron. I like the bigger size than 1 inch. I think mine is 1 1/4 inch. The barrel is long also. ***Update*** I’m probably going to get the 1 inch soon because the curl is falling out really fast with the 1.25 “ I still like it for when I want a very loose curl, almost like a beach wave. If you want a tighter curl, you should probably get the 1 inch or a 1 inch wand with a long barrel.I will most likely look for a 1 inch wand with a long barrel. I used a friend's Conair wand today and it worked great. If I can find it I will add to my review.

I wasn’t expecting much. This curling iron is fairly cheap. I really just got this because I wanted to test out the idea of using a longer barrel, but didn’t want to spend too much trying to find out if I would like it. This curling iron is FANTASTIC. I have super long hair, and it curled it without an issue. It can get HOT. The curls look amazing. Ended up getting a bang for my buck with this one. Major surprise.

Great buy! Smooth on my hair, does great with or without my extensions. Good temp settings, good handle and pressure, heats up fast, good quality. Can curl and smooth out ends without too much pull when styling. You won’t be disappointed. I do accidentally turn it off occasionally when I’m using it because the buttons are easy to accidentally bump when using and you might not even realize it until its cooling down but it’s not deal breaker or happens too often.

Extra long barrel good for long hair. The clamp that holds hair could be tighter. Also wish it had a longer piece of plastic at end of barrel to hold so you don’t burn your fingers.

I love this curling iron. The long barrel is great for curling long or short hair. I really liked that it had different heat options. My daughter had one like this and recommended it to me. It is very reasonably priced and works just as well or better than most highend curlers.

Starting out in cosmetology school I wanted a high quality long barrel curling iron for my clients without spending $200. I did my research and this is exactly that. I now own the bio ionic and this is just as great.

I have very fine hair and have had a hard time find a tool that works and I like. This is a great dupe to the higher priced competitor!

Thus far I love this curling iron. With my baby soft fine yet thin hair, this curling iron grips and curls my hair perfectly. It does not leave a crease in my hair and my curls are shinning and elegant.I love the stand on it too. With this nice stand, the curling iron stays on the counter without slipping or slidding off the counter. Also, the cord is a nice length.
