what is the best plexiglass and plastic cleaner? also remove surface scratches and adhesive?

IMO that is best handled by two different products Blue Ribbon works well for cleaning dusting removing fingerprints etc However it is not a scratch remover and though I’ve seen those products which claim to remove scratches I would be sceptical of their effectiveness if they work at all

i would think so as long as you put the spray on a clean cloth and use it sparingly

as long as the bird is not in the cage,and you spray sparingly on a rag first
