I’ve used this product for a while now and this is actually the first time I’ve had product sitting on top of my coffee, usually it dissolves right away. I also use a frother with it. It seems to be a complaint lately about it sitting, I just received mine 3 days ago and this is a first for me.

I’ve been using this for many months. Always add to my coffee first thing in the morning. It always dissolved immediately without any unblended powder but this last order is not good. Have you changed the formula? This is not automatically dissolving, leaving clumps & it floats on top of coffee. Could it be a bad batch? Thanks.
