Is this kit safe on chrome pins?

I have never seen chrome pins before! i'm pretty sure you have stainless pins and not chrome and that kit would be fine for syainless

Are these "Roll Pin" punches?

There are 4 different sets available: a set with standard, flat punches only; a set with roll pin punches only; a set with a specialized combination of punches including extra-long roll pin; finally a set with a combination of steel and brass flat tip punches. Excellent set for a good price. The punches are flat unlike a roll pin punch but they are durable. The magnetized block only has one small surface that is magnetized on One of the "barrel groove ends". All the tools are in a nice organized box that does pretty well as a stand.
