Q: Does anyone with a 2021 have this? Does it really fit? Please advise.

Doesn't fit well on 2021 Prime SE. It's about 4-6" too tall.

Q: How does it fold back up to fit in the bag?

Watch the video the company published as sales pitch. Works pretty much like that. Fold it, twist and flip and insert in bag. Takes a little practice, then it becomes a breeze.

Q: What are the overall dimensions of the unfolded shade?

Product pages says: Item Dimensions LxWxH12.2 x 12.2 x 1.18 inches Sounds right to me. It's circular but diameter is about 1'
