bought the Carhartt Unisex Durable Metal Key Keeper Belt Loop Key Ring for my boyfriend because he’s constantly misplacing his keys — and he absolutely loves it. It’s been such a simple but effective solution. It stays securely attached to his waistband, and it can also latch onto a variety of other things, which makes it really versatile. It’s an easy way to make sure your keys are always on you without having to dig through pockets or bags. The metal is super high quality and feels extremely sturdy. You can tell it’s built to last long-term and won’t bend or weaken over time. Honestly, anything from Carhartt is usually top-tier quality, and this is no exception. It’s great. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The button is sturdy, and the overall look is spot-on Carhartt—classic Carhartt colors with that rustic, slightly worn feel. It looks solid and well-made. If I had to nitpick, the duck fabric is stiff (it’s firm duck), so it doesn’t bend easily. That’s both a good and a bad thing. When it’s clipped on a belt loop, it’s perfect. But if you put it straight into your pocket instead of hooking it, it can feel a bit like a rigid stick in there. That said, like other duck jackets, it’ll soften up over time—so this is really just minor nitpicking.

Used it as a stocking stuffer and my husband absolutely loves it, uses it everyday since. Very durable, high quality fabric and great grip.

Sturdy construction and solid feel. The clip sometimes doesnt close right but easy enough to push it with my thumb to have it lock.

Overall the price was right, it looks great, it functions as it should and I am happy with it. The only downside that bugs me though is that there is a little hook where the spring latch meets the C-clip that gets caught on my belt loop when I try and take it off. So about 30% of the time I have the fidget with the clip when trying to take it off my belt because is is stuck on my belt loop. Maybe it's a user error? I have had many other carabiners previously and didn't have this issue but this one is also a bit better quality that the others so worth it for me so far.

Boyfriend uses it daily! Its heavier duty and easy to use, it has a good weight to the touch. the Boyfriend keeps using it like a fidget toy now that his keys arnt loosely in his pocket but it stays secure to his pants loops even with him doing that all the time.
