Must have for any Ender 3
Do all the necessary firmware updates to get the most out of this mechanical upgrade first and foremost. Once you get it installed (not very difficult, just take your time and follow each step, and don't force anything), this gives new life to your Ender 3. Build quality of the conversion bracket is very well done, no burrs anywhere or scratches, very well balanced. Perfect fit to my existing rig with it's original parts and motor. Getting the cables cleaned up and reattached was a breeze. In terms of functionality, I saw massive improvements to my PLA prints as there was no longer any feed problems and I was able to speed up the printer by nearly double without having to heat up the hot end more than an additional 10 degrees. I saw a serious reduction in clogs and there has been no heat transfer that I've witnessed, however, this hasn't been an issue for me so far.

Must have for Voxelab Aquila owners!
This component is a game changer on my Voxelab Aquila X2. It has made printing more reliable and print quality. It was very easy to install, and I am a 3D printing novice. I do it occasionally and I am far from an expert. I have never modded a printer, and I have had 3 different printers over the past 7 years, just replacing one when I ran into hardware issues (I would rather replace then spend a bunch of time figuring out the issue and buying parts I am not certain will fix the printer) Therefore I was a little concerned to do that with my new Aquila. I went ahead and did it because I was reading how much better it would do with PETG and other flexible. It was so easy to install, and the difference in printing has been very noticeable. Once my bed is level, I don't have to do much tweaking. Everything just prints on even the generic profiles in Prusa Slicer. Rather then spend like $100+ on a whole new hot end and extruder direct drive, just go with this. The value it brings at how cheap it is makes it worth every penny and more. You will not be disappointed!

Fits great on Ender 3 v2 - minor issue, highly recommend
Installed on Ender 3 v2. Initial impressions are that the materials/finish are of good quality. Anodized coating matches the Ender frame color - looks factory/stock. Install instructions are good, but just too small. Relied on the video recommended in the instructions for clear path to install. I had an issue in which one of the four feeder motor mount screws could not be accessed. You have to install a replacement hex-head bolt on the feeder, as the stock screw won't fit. I could not get a hex head wrench into the motor mount screw no matter how many times I tried. See the circle in my photos. I went with three motor mount screws, made sure they were tight, and no issue so far. + Great component quality + Complete kit, including wrenches, zip-ties, velco ties, etc + Instructions included (be sure to reference the YouTube video mentioned in the instructions) + Excellent direct drive solution, while keeping factory stock motor/feeded/hot end - Instruction print size is small (example - the illustration of screw locations is hard to see) - Feed tension bolt interferes with access for one of the motor mount screws (in my case) Highly recommend this kit.

Cool direct drive mod
Pretty easy install, just replacing the whole plate and have to put the hot end on. It fit my Voxelab Aquila really nice. Only issue I have is if you’re using a CR Touch for bed leveling all the brackets on that plate hit the X axis limit switch and cause the shroud to crash. That can be solved with some printing so no biggie. As for the metal and everything it was pretty nice and everything felt pretty solid. I have notice some improvement with prints as I was having issues before with my Bowden pulling out but after going direct drive much easier. Everything lines up well and I haven’t noticed any heat sink yet so solid purchase. About intermediate level install but once dialed in the settings it works great. Change your retraction rate on your machine too by the way. On my Aquila I went .5mm retraction and 40mm retraction speed

Ender 3 + WINSINN dual-gear extruder = perfect
My WINSINN dual-gear extruder lines up almost perfectly with the hot end as long as I shift the extruder mount plate to the left by 1 screw hole. Totally elegant, no fuss or mods. I would give it a 4 star if this weren't so negligible to me: The spanner that came with this product is not sized correctly for the hex-head bolt they provided to replace the tensioner bolt, it's the same size as the one that comes with the Ender 3 (I actually like it better though cuz it's a bit thicker). I ended up just bolting the tensioner bolt in before putting the extruder on the plate, it took a little thinking to get the order right but it works fine (but I had to leave out the little corner bolt under it, not a problem). The tensioner bolt is inaccessible unless I disassemble it, but thankfully I don't think I'll ever have to adjust mine since it uses that thick yellow spring. One thing in particular I like about this mount is that I can view the gears turning easily as it prints, which is sometimes vital to diagnosing printing issues. It also does not clash on the frame like some of the more weight-balanced printed mounts would (requiring a spacer on the carriage to hit the endstop earlier, thus reducing effective bed X dimensions by ~30mm). I don't observe any leaning-forward or odd vibrations at all even without overtightening the carriage's eccentric nut. Oh also the belt holders are exactly the same spacing as my stock Creality ones. I also was happy that it comes with its own rollers, so I can repurpose my old X rollers for my Y axis since those are much more worn down by now. This was definitely a great purchase.

This was apparently in my case so pretty unique: At the last step you see that the fan holder does not quite fit on the bracket, the holes do not exactly match. But If you are going to file a bit, it fits perfectly. Furthermore, if you have bimetal hotend then you have to take into account recommended 85mm that it should be shorter. I am very positive about the seller and highly recommend it. This item is better than the original directdrive that Creality sells.

It shouldn’t be more than 250 INR, but sadly, due to the nature of the product, it’s too expensive. I got the kit for my Ender 3 V2 (2020), and it’s been a solid improvement. Installation was pretty straightforward, though it took a bit of fiddling to get everything lined up right. Once it was set, though, extrusion has been much smoother, and flexible filaments are feeding way better. Overall, it’s a simple mod that really helps with print quality. It definitely reduced the vibrations by a large margin than printed direct drive mods.
