I’m still in the peocess of hair removal and the button to shoot simple doesn’t work anymore

The product was boxed nicely. Open opening you could feel how cheaply made it it. It works whenever it wants to. Sometimes I push the flash button and I get nothing, sometimes I get 10 flashes. This doesn’t do it’s job at all. Actually I feel like it has made my hair grow faster and unfortunately some cheap IPLs will do that. This is one of those.

I was super excited to use this product! I had high expectations. It did not work. I used nearly every day for 3 months and nothing changed. Not sure if I got a defective device but super bummed, especially for that price (and I even got it on sale!).

It has been over 1 year of using this device, as instructed, and I have noticed no noticeable reduction in hair growth. I am starting the second cycle, in-case I did something wrong.

Totally disgusting. It literally just got delivered at my door. Wanted to try it out tonight but definitely sending back. Fingerprints all Ty over the box. Wasn’t sealed shut. It was definitely used ! Dirty and there is hair in the box. Nasty.

I didn’t work. Zero results after a lot of sessions. I want my money back :/

I used 4 times and the flash button got stuck so can’t use it.
