Handlebars DO NOT click into place rendering it completely useless. I've had injuries trying to assemble the bike. The instructions are useless. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF TIME/My boy has waited in anticipation since ordering yesturday, watching the postman up until 7pm tonight to go on his new bike. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED 5 YEAR OLD AND INJURIES TO MATCH. THANKS!

Good little bike. Instructions are long winded but it is very easy to put together. You get a lot of waffle on the instructions that you don't need like putting the wheels and breaks on. Standard quality you would expect

Overall excellent package, for that price range they could have provided a repair tool kit.

Just put this up for my son on Christmas eve and the bike seat has no bolts. Absolutely ridiculous

Firstly the box is big and heavy so make sure you have enough space to set it up, we set it up in our garden! It took my husband less than an hour and we had to use a few of our own tools to tighten the bike. We recieved the blue bike and are happy with that as our Granddaughters favourite colour is blue. The bike is very heavy to carry so please make sure you're aware of that before your child decides they'd rather walk home like ours did.I was so pleased when we first opened the box to discover the bike was mostly set up already, this bike was a good height for our 3 year old Granddaughter who is taller than her age group and we didn't even have to higher the seat for her. It's very easy to set up and the stabilisers can be taken off or placed on with the simple click of a button.The bike is brilliant quality, it was not damaged in the rain and it was very easy for our Granddaughter to ride. The bell was put on the wrong way but we moved it around fine.The 14" bike was big enough for our 3 year old Granddaughter with room to higher the seat and the price was for £115-£150, my Granddaughter struggled to peddle at times however I'm unsure whether that is to do with her age or the bike, it was very easy to assemble and I was very confident she wouldn't fall off due to the sturdiness with the training wheels on, for the price it's an amazing bike.

Shame, this bike looks great. But it is really feebly put together, with little pins that pop things into place.The bike was damaged and clearly has been returned by someone else. I have returned and won’t buy bikes from this store again, not worth the hassle.
