Core Rhythms Latin Synergy

Like all other Core Rhythm workouts, this one will have you sweating by the middle of it. Core Rhythms Latin Synergy features 8 dance styles: Merengue, Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba, Paso Doble, Swing, and Bolero - the back of the DVD (for me, at least) says that the DVD will end with Rumba, but it's actually Bolero.This DVD is around 50 minutes, with abbreviated sections of the 8 dance styles - for me, it was longer because I constantly had to pause and use the help button or to catch my breath - it's THAT fast-paced. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have fun. The tiny routines for each of the dance styles are pieces sliced out of other Core Rhythm DVDs that offer a longer routine of different dance styles. If anyone wants to "practice" the routines (and get used to the moves used in this DVD - given the time crunch and the amount of routines in this jam-packed video, the instructors cannot go too in-depth with explaining/practicing the moves), I'd recommend doing the workouts from other DVDs first (like Salsa Blast for the salsa and bolero portions, Merengue Mania for the merengue portion, and either Jumpin Jive or Swing Sensation for the swing portion - Swing Sensation also has the Paso Doble section).As always, newcomers to Core Rhythms should complete and practice the starter package (the KickStart DVD, especially - it goes through the "home base" moves for almost every dance style). This DVD, also, is not limited to just those with a Latin Dance background - I started out with no knowledge of ballroom dancing, but I still make an effort to get the moves down to the best of my ability and to the extent that my body is comfortable with it (but is still working/sweating!). It might be difficult at first, but there's always the help button (which is available in all other Core Rhythm DVDs), and, if you're like me, there's also the rewind button. ;)

Please disregard CTY "ConnectToYou"'s review (that they posted on all discs, prompting me to do the same). They seem to have a problem mostly with the company, not the DVDs. I never buy direct as these kind of organizations are known to be slimy, and I recommend that you purchase from a third party as well.I love dance workouts as they are fun and educational and therefore I will actually do them. These are the best. You MUST start with the starter kit "kick start" disc to learn the moves. It's a workout in itself! Then you can progress to the extremely challenging dance workouts. The girls do go very fast and don't give you a lot of verbal cues, but you have more visual assist (in the camera views) than you could ever need. You WILL feel a change in your body from doing these regularly! I can't say enough about them, BUY THEM ALL!

At first I was worried that I bought another boring dance work-out video. It looks super cheesy, the women look a little ummm *bright*. BUT, stick with it: it's like working out with an ABBA karoake video - the blonde, the redhead, and two other people. Throughout the entire video, a giant screen shows constantly moving hips complete with a pierced navel. It's surreal, it's tacky, but I enjoyed the dancing and I found the visuals pretty endearing after awhile. It's paced well; easy enough to follow, no slow boring parts. Kinda like a zumba class led by sassy Russian *dancers*.

I hope this works for me. I exercise all the timeand still have a serious weight problem. I lovethis program because I can feel my muscles tighteingand firming. Been doing the Core program for two weeksnow and have about six discs. I believe its making me strongerandI feel better.

Lost this video during hurricane Irma and glad to be able to replace it. It is a fantastic workout which I started before I met my husband and started our family. It kept me in shape and feeling great. Hoping to replace the other videos soon.

This looks easier than it is and wow does it work. Great workout. I liked the option to have them facing away from you so you could follow easier; i.e. when they are on their left foot (facing forward) you are using your right foot, which can make it hard to follow. With this option, when they are facing away from you , their right foot is you right foot. Hope this doesn't confuse you. It's as if you are in back of them following them.

I bought this workout because I really liked the commercial - BUT it is not really what I’ve expected

腰を重点的にやる感じでいいのだけど前から持っているスイングセンセーションとさほど変わらない気がします・・・スイングセンセーションが欲しいけど手に入らない人はラテンエナジーを購入すればいいんじゃないかな？と思う感じです。エクササイズ自体は満足いく物だと思います。
