I purchased this last minute thinking I would have to add fabric or modify it. But I was so impressed! I used it for a costume, but I will definitely be using it as a dress-up outfit!!! So very versatile. The inner skirt is a perfect length and not super noticeable, but you don't have to wear shorts or anything underneath.It was a bit long as I was in flats (I am 5'5), but it could easily be cut.This was a very pleasant purchase :)
