I read quite a few reviews before I bought it and found most of them to pertain to real issues. I was excited to get it quickly and try it. I was disappointed as it cost me time and effort.- It is poorly designed for an average person's nose bridge and eye socket. The designers chose a profile that does not fit 95% of people. The nose ridge area needs to be wider and 'sloped' back to allow average person to have it fit comfortably. I had six people try it on and it did not fit a very small nose to a larger one.- Average eye glasses could have been used to create a design that fits most people. I have never had to get customized glasses for size fit. Most people can wear off-the-shelf glasses. Disappointing that the designer did not undertand human physiology.- The heat is almost non-existent compared to a mask that can be heated in a microwave. With the plethora mask available, it is shameful that the designer did not consider the measurement in this design. I have used several brooder mask from cheap to expensive and never had a fit issue. Because of poor design of the nose ridge, the eye portion of the device does not even come close to a normal person eye width. Again, even cheap sunglasses could have been a design prototype- The massager does not work as claimed nor is it possible for it to work since all it does is make noise to pretend it is working! Shameful- I saw a lot of talk about music in the reviews. That was not an important feature for me but it seems to be ok. I think lot of reviews are not used to reike type music.- The hard case (I know it is needed to house the motors) is a big design flaw when a normal human skull size is not considered. It barely fit a small person let alone normal or large person- The temple thumper is way too aggressive and may cause some injury. I am not sure why it is not mentioned in any reviews. It is almost dangerous on how hard it pushes on your temples- The strap is designed for a ten year old child's head and not an average human adult.This was a big disappointment! I sent it back

This works great. I wish there was an option to turn off the music. I get it music is relaxing. I need to warm pack my eyes every morning, this is great it is warm with a massage, but I would prefer to listen to my music or an audio book.

I had a different brand that broke after a month but I loved that thing, so I began the search for a replacement. This fell in a comfortable price range but sadly is no good for me.The head strap was not adjustable enough. Even let out as far as it will go it just felt too tight on my head. My head is not big but I do have thick hair.As others have commented, the bridge area over your nose is very uncomfortable. With my old device I'd be asleep before the 15 minute cycle was even over. With this one,however, I kept having to readjust the mask to get the pressure off my nose, but then the mask was too high up on my eyes and more adjusting had to be done. I was ready to turn it off before the session was even complete.I think in an attempt to cover the motor sounds the music coming through the mask is played too loudly. The melodies were fine for me but the white noise was too much. One is supposed to sound like a babbling brook but comes out sounding like people splashing their feet in a pool. The birds sound more like squawking than chirping. It was not relaxing. There may be an option to turn the sound off, I didn't try since I already knew I was unhappy with this mask,, and you can connect to your phone so you can play your own music if you choose.I'll be returning and looking for another option.

The mask didn't fit my face well causing it to be uncomfortable on my nose. I also had complaints that it was too loud.

I love this thing. I suffer from migraine due to weather changes. But after I pop this thing on and sleep for few hours my migraine subsided or goes away. Its not a permanent fix but eases the pain better than taking medications

This product is not good if you have migraine very noise and music is not great for relaxing.

I got it for my dad because he has sinus issues. Once he got it he uses it every day. He loves it. My mom uses this too. However, they both don’t like the music. I like the music
