Great product!
The product itself is great, and I love using it. I'm giving a 4 here because one of the two bottles I ordered did not have the lid taped down, so some of the product leaked a tiny bit.

Was horrible for my hair
I hate this product! It made my hair feel nasty. I couldn’t tell whether I still had product in my Jair or if I washed this all out. My scalp was irritated a lot afterwards too. I believe my hair started falling out because the product was still in it after rinse. Never had that issue with other brands. I had to rewash my hair with a different product. Hair stop breaking off and falling out, from the root by the way, after I used a different product, but my scalp still hurts to the touch. Hopefully, that’s temporary and will stop soon.
