can i use this for pouring hot wax to make candies ?

I wouldn’t. The glass is thinner because it’s more of a novelty item. Just get a glass measuring cup to pour hot candle wax.

Are these bottles and corks safe for storing oils and lotions?

You could use them for liquid products, but I wouldn't recommend it. I have grabbed some of the bottles by the corks that I have tried to make snug, and the corks come off with ease. On the other end, some bottles that I have added light pressure to the corks are sometimes hard to open. Thats my personal experience anyway.

are these leak proof?

No, I would not put liquid in them. The corks pop out easily and the corks aren't dense like wine corks. They're more airy like cork board.
