Haven't used it yet--- complicated to set up!
I haven't been able to set it up yet---I'm not very tech-savvy---And my son, who IS tech-savvy, couldn't figure it out either!Very disappointed!

Great item.
I bought this for my sister to take on vacation with her and she said it worked fantastically. She was able to communicate and understand what others were saying. She even was trying to see if she could use it at work but unfortunately it didnt pass because its a device not a person. Anyways, if yiu are traveling, I highly recommend this device.

The app is free but then you have to pay for in app purchases
So I purchased it because nowhere on the amazon page said you have to pay to be able to use it. It’s misguiding information , yes the app is free on the apps stores but then you have to pay more to be able to use it.
