KYB is gooderer than other good brands that claim to be gooderer
I chose 5 stars for these shocks because my curser was closer to the 5th star than the 1st one. Plus, they keep my wife's 99 Windstar XL from looking like a couple of kids are humping in the back while it's driving down the street.

Good shocks make a difference.
KYB is at a quality much greater than Monroe and base level brands. Shocks can change a car ride to a like new quality. These were for 1999 Ford Windstar. What a difference! Much improved ride and control
