It is also important for removing aluminum from the body. I'm taking this supplement to optimize bone density and connective tissue integrity but I am noticing unexpected benefits in my skin. My skin was not bad before but it is now glowing, especially where I use skincare actives. The effects of vitamin C, tretinoin, and acids plateau once you max out their benefits. I already hit the ceiling in my skincare routine but the silica has raised it so I'm seeing further improvement. My skin is also more resilient to irritation and dryness. I am now able to put actives on my eyelids and neck with zero irritation and see the benefits. I think the rate my hair sheds decreased based on how much comes out in the shower but I'm not sure because it wasn't a problem in the first place. It will take months for me to know if my hair is staying in the growth phase longer but it's believable.

My hair grew 8 inches in 7 months. I take 2 pills a day on average. I take it together with pumpkin seed oil to avoid hair loss and add length. Recommended.
