Q: Can this be used with comfort level toilet with oblong seat?

We are a nonprofit organization and we install these in the homes of people with disabilities, most of whom are seniors. These toilet safety frames can be used on toilets with either a standard round or elongated seat. The height can be adjusted also to accommodate the person's height and functionality.

Q: What is the distance between the 2 screw holes center to center? It seems my toilet is not "standard" distance and would like the distance please.

I installed this for others so do not have one ourselves. All toilets had standard holes. Sorry.

Q: Whats the return policy?

You would need to follow the vendor's return policy, or perhaps get assistance from Amazon if you are unable to resolve your problem with the vendor. Many companies sell this product, so it depends where you buy it. We have never needed to return one for any reason. We are a nonprofit organization and have installed many dozens of them in homes of people with disabilities. It is a well-made sturdy product, but you might need to check the recommended weight limit before ordering if that is a concern. There are bariatric versions for heavier people.
