Try to use very little. I only bought it to use on my fine hair before I wash it. I put in on the ends. It has a very pretty smell. I forgot to add, I use the product at night and wash my hair in the morning and don’t use conditioner after the wash. **Q: Can I use this everyday?** A: Since everyone’s hair is different, I can really only speak to how my hair would respond to using this product each day. I use this product as more of a finishing product that is used after I wash, apply gel, and dry my hair. I only use this product on wash days or refresh days. My hair does seem to retain the moisture throughout the days, and even seems to look better on day 2 than on wash day. I do notice though that on high humidity days, my hair does need some extra moisture.
