The smell is good and the product works just fine, it's just unfortunate that it came in such a messed up state (as seen in the pictures).

Hand soap
I am 100% convinced this is actually hand soap and not shampoo. Looks like it, smells like it, and my hair was left feeling stripped like it was soap. Terrible.

Like the shampoo but broken pump on arrival
I do very much like the shampoo but sick of buying things that are broken, the pump does not work and I have to keep it unscrewed in order to use in the shower
