He does have a lot of abilities: Boomerang, Flight, Hazard Cleaner, Hazard Protection, Illumination, Mini Access Ability, Sonar Smash, and Underwater Swimming. I see him on a lot of the lists that say here is who you should buy if you want to do everything in the game cheaply. If you're trying to do 100%, I think he is the only one to combine some of his skills with underwater so he is the only character able to unlock some underwater things. The included Slime Shooter is one of the few pack-ins that is a gadget (not a vehicle). And I don't find it very useful. It shoots slime. It can destroy silver legos, but there are lots of things that do that. I think you need Slimer for 100%. He's fun to play with. I just wish the gadget he was packed in with was more interesting.
