I bought this chair for my Mom who cannot walk much and tends to fall down. This chair has worked really well to take her to bathroom and to transfer her around in the house. All she needs to do is get up when we put the chair flaps in. Ever since we got this chair, we have the piece of mind that she will not have a fall.The seller was very courteous and when the original shipment was lost, they sent another chair over and the second chair arrived within a week of the original delivery estimate. Also when we reported some parts were broken, they shipped those parts to us and were willing all along the way to help us get acquainted with the chair.The chair requires some getting used to and you need a strong healthy person to operate it for the patient, since it is made of steel and is heavy. Maneuvering on a plush carpet is a little difficult, just like any other wheelchair. Other than that, the peace of mind that your elderly loved one will not have a fall, is really great!

Had a mishap with shipment but seller fixed issue.Couldn’t get it to decline at first and seller went out of their way to send me a video of them demonstrating the chair.EDIT:Chair cannot be used. Hard to get in and out for someone with less strength. The seat don’t balance to get someone in and out. Would be better if opened from the front and not the back.

Received product with some minor damages that occurred during shipping and sellers were highly cooperative and immediately sent replacement parts that we received within a few days. Item is very well made and comfortable to use and assist with. It does come with a very high cost but we hope that this will work well long term and will prove to be cost effective.

Awesome multiple uses. Recomend to anyone with moving disabilities. Wish I had purchased this two years ago.
