Very nice pistachios. I ground them fine to use on top of baklavah and brownies..nice rich taste.

These pistachios are a part of the the mix of raw organic seeds and nuts that I eat daily for a healthy snack. Although they are not as flavorful as roasted pistachios, they are healthier, so I'll be sticking with them as long as they are available and the best buy for a manageable quantity.

I agree with others that these nuts are soft and rather blah. So then i soaked some in a jar with water overnight. Suddenly, they taste crunchy and delicious! Plus the enzymes are now released from the soaking. I always sprinkle a bit of sea salt on them, and voila!! Try it. You won't regret it. Super healthy this way.

Like most Elan foods, very good quality. Actually, the Kernels aren't that small, but are fresh and tasty! On S&S, will reorder when running on empty.

Seemed kind of wrinkled or dried out. The product was in the freshness date. The question is was it stored in a cool dry place in the warehouse and in transit? It was good to be low sodium but I will not be buying this over the summer. I expected a crisper less rubbery product. I suppose it was stored wrong.

The nuts are not fresh. They are very spongy. This item is non-returnable. Find another brand

Elan, don't ever let me down! I bought these for my son who was far from home, and they were an appreciated, enjoyed gift. Thank goodness for companies that offer healthy food reliably.

I roast my pistachios. I was just in Palm Desert and purchased unsalted raw unshelled pistachios from Trader Joes’. They were not organic. These are by far better. Keeping in mind that unsalted pistachios are very hard to find… In reading some of the reviews, there were a lot of mixed opinions on these pistachios. If u expect to buy these pistachios and want them to taste like the ones that are roasted in the stores then raw pistachios are not for u. These are the true organic experience of raw unsalted pistachios and not to get them confused with eating regular ones in the store that are roasted and flavoured. I roast mine and add a drizzle of Avocado oil. I do not eat these raw however in doing so, keep in mind that they are raw. Yes, they’re expensive but it’s the real deal! The pixs enclosed is after I’ve roasted them with Avocado oil. Enjoy to all u health nuts like me!

Delicious and flavorful, but expensive.

These are great if you are avoiding salt and shells. Also fresh and moist so no crunching and easy on teeth. Warning..highly addictive. Once I open a bag it’s hard to stop.
