Impressed
Bought these as I suffer from semi regular headaches/migraines and wasn't necessarily expecting them to work as well as they do. They apply very easily and adhere well for long periods of time. I definitely noticed an improvement to a headache after applying one but do generally use them in conjunction with pain relief tablets too. They work well to help get rid of persistent headaches when tablets are taking longer to work. They are transparent but can be noticeable in certain lighting but generally nothing too obvious. Would recommend trying them out :)

I'll stick with the pills!
Good adhesion and very discreet - so if they work for you they'll be a great option - but I didn't find much effect at relieving either pain or nausea. Very disappointing as I've been struggling with migraines foe years so a new option was exciting!

They worked for me
You get 15 patches in this kit for £18, so £1.20 per patch is the cost which, if it helps with a migraine, is a small price to pay as they can ruin your entire day.Do they work? In short yes, they will ease your migraine and help get you back on track I've found, I'm not sure how they work but the ingredients listed are Vitamin D (40,000 IU), camomile extract (3mg), ginger extract (2mg) and lavender powder (1mg) which are all very natural/reassuring ingredients so I'm not concerned about any unwanted side effects when using these.4 stars for a product that works, although I've not tested them over and over (thankfully haven't had the need) so keeping at 4 stars as I'm not sure how effective they will be over time.

Help with pressure, not pain
The one thing that I do like about these is that they're hardly noticeable on the skin. However, I find them to be expensive and the instructions state that I can use up to two at a time. I'm not entirely sure that they worked and they did provide a tightness to the skin, which I found soothing, although I expect it was more to do with the stickiness of it. The mild relief from this was localised and so for a widespread headache, it didn't target it that well. Also, the second time I used them, I didn't feel this tightness, so it may have been placebo. On my first use, I also took medication and although I felt that mild relief, I could definitely tell it was the tablets that made a difference. Also, it is possible to move them if put in the wrong area and they re-stick perfectly fine. I may have also picked up some subtle scents on the first use, but again, didn't get anything on the second. Another day, I had some strong pressure building up on my temples and I put a patch on each side. This time, it did help and I took no medication either. Overall, I'm still unsure on these, but one thing I dislike is having to removing them. They cling to the tiny hairs and it's almost like pulling off a plaster.

firm believer in transdermal patches....
To Better Days Migraine Patches – 15 Discreet Patches - are a good aid for migraines and one which did ease the pain of my frequent headaches. I found that they did provide relief to my headache and without the need for medication make these patches a good solution.I do like the fact the patches are discreet and once adhered to my skin did stay on my skin until I removed them. I would recommend you apply the patch as soon as you are able to once the first usual signs of migraine do appear as you will feel the positive effects so much better.A good aid for headaches which I am happy to recommend.

Interesting temporary solution for migraines.
I have tried these Migraine patches on several occasions for headaches I have experienced in the previous days and to be honest they have been good at subsiding pain but not great. These patches are more of a calm the body down with the use of lavender essential oil on key points (temple, forehead, neck), but won't be an effective method for those that suffer from chronic migraines. Not only because they are pricey (at ~£1 each), but also because they benefits are fairly subtle.if you are like me and have the occasional migraine, these are a nice quick fix solution to have and are long lasting. The patches have good adhesion but I am a little upset that these are not available in other skin tone colours. In my case these camouflage well on my skin but perhaps wouldn't on other consumers. So as a suggestion for improvement, To Better Days, please make these available in a range of skin tone colours to make your product and its designed purpose more inclusive!Overall, a 3 star product.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)
