Top tier for hanging a heavy 150 punching bag - sturdy!
I finally got around to handing my 150 pound punching bag with this. Works great and is very sturdy. The bag can spin freely. If I remember correctly i put it in the side of a 2×6. Good value, would recommend. Top tier for hanging
