First off; the customer service is AWESOME! The torch would not work; contacted them & they responded quickly. Long story short, they offered to replace the torch after I had advised I had done all that was suggested. What I like most, they ask that I submit a video so it can help them find the problem and improve the quality of the lighter. Personally, I like that. They had me a new torch the next day; b4 I could even get the video uploaded. Talking about fast ! As for the kit; really like it. Easy to use; nice variety of wood chips. Definitely recommend.

Overall, a great product. One issue I had was the torch it came with did not work. I followed the instructions exactly as they were provided, used the correct butane fill size, etc. but the torch only comes on for short bursts. I have another small torch and verified that the butane fill I am using was correct. Other than the torch, this smoker is great!

My husband created his own bar in the basement. He is now obsessed with smoked drinks so I bought him this cocktail smoker kit for his birthday. He loves it and uses it almost everyday. It comes with the smoker chimney, stainless steel filter, and different types of wood chips. It's very easy to use. just add the fuel to the chamber, light it, shake it a bit and flavor infuses into the drink. It’s a nice looking kit at a really awesome price. He makes an incredible old fashion with it. He uses it to smoke the cherries too. Also Fun to use. I’m satisfied with this purchase

I can't express how pleased I am with this product and the company's customer service. When I first ordered the product, the company reached out to me and personally thanked me for my purchase. When the item arrived, the torch was not working properly. After a couple of messages and pictures, the company sent out a new product and told me to keep the old one as an apology. The new product arrived without any issues or problems. I tried it out yesterday and the flavor of the wood chips was perfect. This company really knows how to take care of its customers and I look forward to purchasing with them again.

Purchased this as a gift for a friend after seeing my brother use it... he said it works well and gives good flavor to his bourbon. It was fun to watch the smoke swirl around in the glass while he was using it. It comes as a set that looks nice for gift giving.

The wood chips, topper tray and mesh basket are all fine, great on their own. We used this with our plumbers torch while we waited for our butane to be deliver. I filled the torch as directed, pausing between fills, and at the end of filling for the canister to regulate. The first fire lights were fine, though one cone of flame was stronger than the other two and I went to adjust it at the bottom as directed, and weaker yellow flames came out of the ignition lock, trigger, vent and nozzle. I tried one last time to ignite and it came out as before in all the wrong places. I set the torch on my kitchen counter to research how to properly dispose of it, and within an hour of leaving it alone, it blew up. The filling valve shot out the bottom and the whole thing was on fire, leaving scorch marks on my walls, cabinet and toaster oven. The explosion sounded like a China cabinet falling over. Be wary, or just get a wood chip-kit and get your own trusted-brand torch.
