Please check if your computer makes a new device recognition sound when the board is plugged in. If not, use another USB cable to connect to another USB port. Please connect the UNO board to another computer to make sure it is not a computer problem.

The UNO board heats up when it is powered on?

Please disconnect all connections to the control board and try to use another USB cable to check the problem. If there is still a problem, please send us a picture of heating area to troubleshooting.

Unable to upload code to UNO board?

(1) Please make sure you have selected the correct board type and port #COM. (2) When you press the reset button, does the LED flash two or three times? If not, it may be that the bootloader is broken. Or just reach out to us.
