The tag that came with the tool states there is one, but I can't find it.** A: Not to be rude, but if you need a manual for this I would question your qualifications for using it. It's basically just a spudger and a tool for tightening wire nuts. It's for 12ga only and shouldn't be used on live circuits. Be safe.
