Black Name Tape with Fastener, Customized

I purchased this because I thought the velcro would be complete with front and back but when I got it, I only got the one side that was embroidered. Now I have to buy additional velcro to get it to stick onto my lead. Come on-how hard can it be to add in the backing? At least they got the embroidery right.

They spelled my name wrong. And I know it was NOT my fault because I have auto fill. So zero percent chance of an error on my end. And when asked for the situation to be rectified no response. However, the quality of the product is very good (lol) Costumer service, not so much

I've placed three different orders for a pair of Name & Unit tags. The materials and the embroidery are great, but the person who sews the velcro strip to the back needs to be re-trained. Every one I've purchased so far has had the stitching come loose requiring re-stitching the velcro back onto the tag. The company ignores any communication, so put up with the hassle or pay more elsewhere.

Material and embroidery is high quality. Velcro is strong and sticks well.

Exactly what it says, beautifully and well made. It looks and feels great and it is made of high quality material. I would purchase it again.
