The alcohol that helps it absorb goes largely unnoticed, I can rarely taste it and don't mind it at all when I do. It compliments the delicious cherry flavor well. The cherry itself is not overwhelming or "medicinal" tasting like cherry NyQuil, but is strong enough that you don't forget it's under your tongue for the recommended 30 seconds. I genuinely look forward to squirting it under my tongue every day.Among the many forms of b12 I've consumed, only this has produced a "boost" I can recognize. I know the downsides of b12 deficiency, and have suffered from them multiple times. For me, this includes low energy levels, brain function, irregular metabolism/mood, etc. All forms have helped combat those, but I feel a "boost" from this stuff. I'm pretty attuned to notice subtle differences in how my brain and body are functioning and I feel more clear and energetic shortly after taking this. It feels very natural (appropriately...I mean "Why not?") and sustainable, like leveling up my base energy level, opposed to a spike from caffeine or similar that ultimately results in a crash to below the base level. I feel the other b12 I've had doesn't produce this effect, but just corrects my deficiency and keeps my functions regular and predictable, but not necessarily increased...if that makes sense.Honestly, the bottle is even great. It has all the information you could ask for printed on the tasteful, clear label. The dropper (maybe my favorite part) has ultra-convenient measurements right on it, so you're not left guessing how long the bottle will last or how much b12 you are getting. There's not too much or too little going on with the presentation. All in all, it truly seems no corners are cut in the making of this supplement. It follows good manufacturing practices, non-GMO, and MADE IN AMERICA!Batteries not included, your mileage may vary. I purchase this b12 after reading the reviews. At first I was a little skeptical because I was afraid it wouldn’t work but I took a leap of faith and made the purchase. I am so happy I did. It works super well. I take it in the mornings with my other vitamins and it keeps me energized throughout the day. It tastes great as well. I’m now on my second bottle and will continue to use it. This is a great liquid b-12 supplement. A lot of the supplements we take don’t actually have what our body needs. This b-12 has methylcobalamin, which our body absorbs and uses. The liquid version of b-12 is best form of b-12 u can take because it breaks down and absorbs faster. After taking this for a month, to be honest i didn’t even take it everyday, I went back and did my blood test and my b-12 levels are normal . I would recommend.

I have ordered all of the highest rated liquid B 12 from Amazon as well as local health food stores in NYC!I am not sure why this one does not have more reviews but it is the best one I have tried.I have a very serious B 12 deficiency from Anemia.I am not taking it for energy like a lot of people are which doesn't seem too serious.In July of 2016, I broke my ankle in 2 places it severed from the inside and then I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. (I was a professional dancer and Martial artists)I only recently found out Osteoporosis and B 12 deficiency are linked.I have lost 35 pounds from Osteoporosis and B 12 deficiency.I have been in a wheel chair ever since last July and have not been able to recover in fact my health has gone down hill rapidly.B 12 deficiency can cause mobility problems as well as pain and insomnia and Vertigo and a bunch of other problems.I had been having fainting spells and vertigo with vomiting.None of the other B 12 supplements worked for me. This one stopped the Vertigo and vomiting right away!I am starting to sleep as well.I also have been starting to walk very slowly with a cane and my husband holding onto me. (I am not old it is the B 12 deficiency that created the immobility.)Although it has had no effect on the crippling pain I have yet, none of the B 12 supplements have helped with that!Unlike what someone said in one of the reviews they said this has red dye in it.It does not. B 12 is red and all supplements are red. This product is all natural. I would never take a product with red dye in it!B 12 shots are poisonous and do not work.This is much healthier!I think this brand works best for me because it is the most potent.If you are looking for a B 12 supplement try this one! For me it has been life changing and I have only used it for 2 weeks!
