When I first got it it would not shred one piece of paper did not work called the company called Amazon nothing got frustrated and kicked it and it start working so I kept it and it's been working ever since. 😂😂

A word of advice, I thought I was getting a top dollar shredder but ended up getting one that is complete JUNK! Well lets see, where do I start at... 1. The 90-Sheet Automatic feeder that pulls in the sheets supposedly one by one will end up take WAY more than just one paper to shred at a time and ends up causing a paper jam. 😒😒😒😒😒 2. When trying to clear that paper jam where the paper gets pulled in at will end up being extremely difficult to dislodge and remove! 😑😑😑😑😑😠😠😠😠😠 Bonsaii you need to make some sort of release latch or something to make it easier to remove the paper jams in the part where it you put the 90 sheets at. 3. I even tried placing HALF of 90 sheets in the Auto Feeder and still it... Yep you guessed it, IT PULLS MORE THAN ONE SHEET AN CREATES PAPER JAMS!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 A word of advise, just avoid this one at all, worst shredder I have ever had to deal with. An Lastly, when this thing reverses, OMG IT'S LOUD! I'm Sending this thing back!

Works great, super sturdy. Just wish I had bought this earlier before wasting money on less expensive ones that didn't work as well!

I had to call the company the first time I tried to use this machine. It's supposed to take self feed up to 90 sheets. I put in 10 and the rollers immediately got stuck and rolled the paper deep around the inner workings. The phone number was on the front of the machine and I called for help. They told me all I could do was use needle nose pliers to try to clear the jam under the rollers. I did that for an hour. After that, I tried to put more paper in the self loader...and the same thing happened with any single sheet of paper. The rollers are terrible. I'm returning this machine due to very poor quality.

I bought this brand new take it out of the box and set it up. Will not shred the paper. One sheet gets to go down and just gets jammed in the roller does not make it to the blades. So of course I called customer service to see if it was something I was doing wrong, thinking how hard is it to set up a paper shedder. Customer service said to send it back. So I reviewed other shredders and it seems like this is the only one that can shred 90 sheets at a time. That is why I picked this one. I read the reviews on this one and they seemed pretty good. So do I buy it again?

After reading the VERY SCANT booklet which was full of misuse of words, incomplete sentences, I attempted to use this. I loaded about 20 pages in the feed area that is supposed to be good for more than 80 pages. About half way through that stack there was a paper jam that I was able to easily resolve & the remainder of the papers went through easily. So I repeated the same scenario without difficulty. So I did it again. There is a was of about 15 papers jammed so right that cannot get them out. I left a message this morning for a call back.... Didn't happen, no call after 8 hours. I called again & a girl answered that told me I should blow with a hair dryer on cool air to see if paper would release (🤷????) She wanted me to call Amazon since that is where the warranty is for 30 days. She was about to tell me how to get into the area where the jam is Then we were suddenly disconnected. Silly me… she got my phone number at the beginning of our conversation so I waited several minutes for a call back which DID NOT happen. I would simply just send it back to Amazon due to their excellent customer service…… but I have 20 papers stuck in it that has highly confidential & sensitive information on the stuck pages. The instructions do not mention anything about paper jams, how to remove the top to get inside the where the jam is. I am going to get those papers out some way & buy one of the cheaper ones like served me for years with no problems. The fact that it works great when it isn’t jammed simply does not cut it for me.

Works very well and when you over load it the stuck isnt so messed up it burns out the machine. Definitely recommend
