Just a dab will do it! Mox completely, and if you need more use a drop on a toothpick to get desired color. The best!

I bought this to use in my Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting as many swore it would help brighten and whiten the color. I was excited to give it a try, but after opening the bottle I found the paste to be hard and stuck int the container. After working to get some out, I could NOT get it to mix into the frosting and then had hard tiny balls of purple coloring in the frosting...complete disaster! I am beyond disappointed and am not happy with this purchase whatsoever!!

For my use that only takes a pin sized drop for a batch of frosting for 1 cake. Took a long time on the delivery, when i checked realized it was coming from the uk to the usa, my only complaint at all as i needed it sooner, but well worth the wait!
