It came faster than what it had stated initially. Everything came well packaged and in great condition. I didn't think it came with a mouse, keyboard, and wifi adapter, so huge plus. I might have just overlooked it. Affordable price!

Just set up product and it worked great right out of the box. I did have to purchase a DP to VGA cable, but once I connected everything, it came to life and what a breeze setting up. I was a little leery of this model because of the reviews about the hard drive, but hopefully those were just one-off reviews. It really helped that I had One Drive on my old pc. Anyway, I would highly recommend Maxecomputers' products.

I purchased this item as a gift for my elderly mother's birthday, thinking this was a good option as she would only use it to check email and occasional zoom calls. Other reviews mentioned it was a good option and potentially upgradable. My initial issue was the item was late causing me to miss her birthday. Which to be frank was embarrassing. Maybe an issue with the vendor, maybe an issue with Amazon. Nonetheless, I didn't lost faith. Once the item arrives, it shows up without a power cable. At first I thought I was crazy, maybe the post mentioned there would be no power cord. But nope, it's included in the part list. Someone forgot to put it in the box. Lastly, I didn't much care for the $1 keyboard and mouse from a completely unknown vendor, but for the price what was I to expect, I really only wanted the pc. Overall, I would not attempt to purchase from this vendor in the future. If they are this sloppy shipping these items, I can only imagine the lifetime of these units. Side note- unrelated to the review of this product. Dealing with Amazon attempting to figure out what my options were was an absolute pain in the rear. Please keep that in consideration with your purchase. I spent a solid 90 minutes dealing with Amazon and they couldn't offer anything outside a shoulder shrug.

As there are many sources for renewed PCs like this, it's relevant that this was provided by Abys Computers. First, there was a new keyboard and mouse included, although I neither expected nor need them. Second, though I have received non-functional 802.11n dongles with previous renewed purchases, this one came with a flawlessly functional 802.11ac dongle, which was a pleasant surprise. The computer was clean and fully functional as well. SSD was a 2.5 in the hard drive sled. Nothing in either M.2 slot. And, the price was right. So, overall, 5 stars for value. Edit: just want to add that, at less than $150, these are an incredible deal if they meet your needs.

Purchased 2. I always open them first to check for dust on the CPU fan etc.. One was fine, but the other was dirty and no cmos battery to be seen. Not very pleased with that, but popped one in and cleaned it up, and it working fine so far.

The computer came well packed and protected well. Included in the box was a e-waste keyboard, mouse, and WiFi dongle. If you have nothing left and NEEDED to type, then it will do the job. Inside was a little dusty, but it was a refurbished unit, so you need to set your expectations a little lower than normal. Inside the box was also instrumental material on how to setup the device and contact the seller if Windows did not want to activate, which was very honest and helpful. Massive respect to the seller for including transparency in their documentation. The computer came with a extremely cheep SSD that weighed almost nothing, but I was surprised at how fast the computer booted after windows was setup and installed. For a mini computer, it’s fast enough and will do what I need it to do for why I purchased it. 10/10 to the seller, great price for what you are getting and massive respect for the transparency in the documentation.

I was surprised at how well they cleaned this PC. Inside and out was spotless. The included keyboard and mouse were the cheapest parts they could find, but new and functional. The main PC was manufactured in 2016. Mine now runs HomeAssistant.
