Top quality at great value
I had my previous Samsonite for about 15 years before one of the airlines trashed it, was so happy with quality and durability that I wanted another Samsonite. Although a somewhat boring black colour, this is excellent quality and at a great price point. Very happy with this replacement for an old favourite

10 years warranty, but no spare parts!
I travelled with the bag once and one of the wheel broke during transit. Samsonite does not have any wheel replacement anywhere - UK/EU/USA. I bought the bag in Dec 2019. Used it in Jan 2020 and broke and I still don't have an answer from Samsonite other than running around in circles without a solution. How can Samosnite warranty a bag for 10 years when they do not have a simple wheel replacement? I called the UK/EU/USA samsonite centre and they are not able to help. Poor service.

Awesome Suitcase
I LOVE this suitcase!! So much room and spins on a dime! Travelled all over UK with this, up and down cobble streets and on and off underground and buses, no problem, even thrown around at airports, no problem! Bravo Samsonite!

Great luggage
I purchased this and used it for a four week trip through four countries in Europe, on multiple flights, train rides, buses and through cobble stones in Italy and France and and it held up very well. I had no issues with the wheels or the handle and it was very smooth to use. The TSA locking feature worked as it should, except that it was a bit tricky lining up the zippers into the locks if you don't hold them carefully. I had debated purchasing the larger model (28) but am happy I went with this size as it fit my needs and I felt the 28 would have been much too big. As other reviewers have commented, it is not scratch-proof, as mine has received a few scratches during this trip, but nothing substantial. The only complaint I have is the accordion extension-feature (opening up a zipper in the middle to extend the luggage if needed), as if used I would be concerned about the luggage being damaged during baggage handling in a flight, as it is not very strong and makes it very flimsy and wobbly. I chose not to use this since I didn't want to risk damaging the luggage potentially. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
