Ok but hangs a little due to its length.

Misleading product
It writes Wii to HDMi however the output is 480i and does not work as intended.

Does the job it promises.
Needed this converter as I have upgraded my TV but not Wii. Chose this converter option over others for better cable management. Does the job it promises.

All of these are made by the same company....
There's quite a few reviews on these. Mine worked fine - I used it to play Wii Rockband which actually measures audio and video latency to sync the music with the guitars.Audio Latency - 112msVideo Latency - 203msOnce you train Rockband, it accounts for these and the games are quite playable. However, I'm not sure that you'd want 200ms latency when playing Super Smash, or some other game that depends on it.The picture quality is nothing to write home about on a 65" TV - but it's as good as I remember. There's several reviews on these on Youtube. One video did a break down on about five of these from different sellers and basically they are all exactly the same other than the logo printed on the outside. So if the Gana adapter is the cheapest, then get it. You do need about 4 inches of room in the back of the Wii, so account for that.

Works well so far on our old Wii!
Connected the Wii HDMI converter into back of our old 1st. Gen. Wii Console. Then plugged a 3' HDMI cable from our new Yamaha RX-V485 A/V receiver into the Wii HDMI converter. Powered on our new Sony 4K XBR75X900F UHDTV. And NOTHING! NADA!Immediately I suspected cheap Chinese electronics engineering and was ready to ship it back to Amazaon. However I did check the connections first. Low and behold I had not pushed the HDMI cable completely into the new HDMI converter. So a gentle push until the cable connection was fully inserted... and BAM!Wii was displaying in EDTV 480p along with Surround audio. As others have said THIS IS NOT A HIGH DEFINITION UPSCALER OR HIGH DEFINITION CONVERTER.This simply device simply allows you to connect your old Wii to newer TVs with HDMI inputs. The picture is just as clear as when we used the Wii Component Video Cables. We needed HDMI as our new Yamaha AV Receiver has no RCA Component Video connections. My grandmonsters will be happy they can play our Wii again. I will update this review should our experience change.

Neat!
i have a modern monitor with only HDMI and DisplayPort. This was a problem because the WII uses an AV input, which the monitor i wanted to use it on didn't have. i was just looking at amazon home page and i saw this product, i decided this is what i needed and i liked the price! so i bought it, and it arrived on time, i was able to just plug it into the WII very easily, i grabbed the HDMI cable my monitor came with and plugged it into the converter, it fit in well and with an HDMI cord in it even then its not bulky, and the plastic was solid and wouldn't fall apart. it look nice on my monitor except the picture displayed was about an inch to small to fit. my only complaint is that along with the fact with HDMI plugged in and AUX the AUX may not fit as well as it should.

Works just like you’d think it would
To be an adapter for a console that’s going on 13 years old, I don’t have huge expectations. We got a new TV that doesn’t have component inputs and we wanted a way to play the Wii still. I thought to myself, “someone must sell an HDMI adapter”. Thus I stumbled on this product. It does still a fair amount out behind the console, but that wasn’t an issue in our case. I was a little worried upon unboxing that I would need a separate audio source, as it eludes to HDMI not working for audio. That’s incorrect. Audio works just fine through HDMI in our case. Keep in mind, just because the adapter is used to convert to HDMI, does not mean the video quality will be any better. It’s simply a video conversion. It can not handle any type of upscalling. If you want to continue playing your Wii and want or need to use HDMI, this will do you well.

Almost perfect! However, just a tiny bit of static in the image.
I purchased a Nameo Wii2HDMI adapter, and it was absolutely awful. I had tons of diagonal lines in my image, and it just made it annoying to play. I decided to try my luck and purchase this one instead. This one is almost perfect! There is just a TINY bit of static in the image when using it, however. Definitely not a deal breaker, and I only notice it on black images. So definitely not a huge deal, but something that is worth mentioning!Edit: After further investigation, only on some screens, you can barely see vertical moving lines moving to the left. It only shows up when their are red tints on the screen, so it isn't super annoying. Definitely going to look into replacing this in the future with something a bit better, however.
