Insoles arrived frayed but I had to use them due to no other alternative. I’m hesitant to wash them due to the damage. They seem to be working for keeping odour away though.

Love these things - can cut to fit to shoe size. I love that they can be thrown in the washer and reduce wear on inside of shoes. I use them in my Sperry shoes and they work perfectly!
