I was delaying buying this because of the price. I had other water-fed brushes in my list too and was constantly comparing them all; features, length of pole, price and looking at the positive and negative reviews.Eventually, I decided to go with this product as it is a more reputable brand and had better reviews. I'm glad I made that decision because this water-fed brush is fantastic. The quality is outstanding.The pole is light and has foam sections which make gripping this in cold weather very comfortable. It extends with around five clips which are strong and not difficult to open or close. Keep in mind when extending the pole that it will pull through small blue hose that is fed through inside to the brush at the end.The brush is medium firm and well made. It is easy to attach to the pole. Simply clips in. All you need to do is push the little hoses into the brush without any effort at all, and you're done.The bundle I bought came with the squeegee too and the bottle for adding solution. But honestly, if you do the windows properly you won't need any solutions...no fairy liquid, no window cleaning soap...nothing.Yes there is an actual proper way to clean windows. I thought you just scrubbed around and then rinsed off. That is NOT the case at all and I highly recommend you head over to you tube and watch some of the videos on there on how to properly clean windows with a water fed brush. Starting with the window frames before rinsing, then working slowly into the seals area up above and rinsing, then the sides, then the lower part of the window and then the sills. Then there's a way of rinsing off with the water jet to make sure you don't get any dirt running back down your window and drying. So please watch YouTube before buying this or when you've bought it.The pole will feel heavy when fully extended to 24ft (if that's the version you bought) but if you know what you're doing with the cleaning process (see above paragraph) then you'll be done in five minutes.The first time I used it, I thought the windows were clean. They looked it until I went indoors and saw they'd dried with dirt dripping from up above where I hadn't cleaned properly. So I ended up putting the squeegee on and smearing the muck all over. Bad mistake. So I had to get the gear back out and practice that cleaning technique again. I've mastered it now!I am very very happy with this product and it's saved me £12 a month on window cleaning services....well kind of... a year from now it'll be a saving anyway. Highly recommend. Don't ponder for months like I did. Just grab it. But get the size that suits you. No point in a 24 foot pole if you live in a bungalow. In fact you'd not need a pole at all in that scenario. Is a 17ft pole for you? a 20foot? Get the right size, but don't under measure as you'll regret it if down the line you'd wish you had got the 24ft pole so you can do you fascia boards and soffits..and gutters. Think it through, but go for it!

For the price it's quite good. It does flex a bit when fully extended and it is also a bit unwieldy to use when I was cleaning the gutters and fascia boards (probably will get used to it though) could do with another water fed brush maybe the same shape as the duster one. Also, you have to disconnect the water hose at the head when you want to fit one of the other accessories and I'm not sure how many times you could do it before the hose connectors break. That aside, it is really easy to wash the bedroom windows with the water fed brush and they look so much better. I would definitely recommend this to others and with a few tweaks it would get 5 stars

Bought this to clean pergola roof after winter and to reach bedroom windows without the need of a ladder. I've cleaned the pergola roof and I'm really happy with the results.Not used for windows yet but no reason to think it won't do a good job.I found the pole sturdy and of good quality & not too heavy.When extended the poles to bend a bit as expected but it's still quite easy to use.Overall I'm pleased with the product and with save a small fortune cleaning my own windows.

Pricey but very good, £14 every 3 weeks for window cleaning, payed for itself in less than a year, combine it with a Vonhause water filter and it's works superbly.

Pole is heavy when extended. The pole bows a lot when fully extended which makes it harder to clean high windows . How ever for facia soffit and solar panels it will be ok . All in all for £160 it’s cheap. A better pole would cost around £300-£500 so depends what you want for the money you pay .

Bought this to do the fascia boards,gutter and gable ends. In the end we managed a decent result.. got better as we got out technique worked out. Done two houses, ours and my father's, the difference was night and day.. happy with the results.. got quoted around 140 quid for dad's house so this paid for itself on it's first outing!At full extension, 24 ft, the pole is quite heavy and unwieldy.. would suggest marking the stop marks with a marker pen as they are difficult to see in bright light. Also found it much easier to extend whilst in the upright position.. Sam's as using an extending ladder. Strongly suggest lubricating each section prior to using as out of the box each section is difficult to slide out.. I used GT80, worked a treat.Not sure we'll use most of the accessories but they're there if required. Tried washing all the crap off the windows that was washed down from the fascias but without using pure water,aka pro window cleaners, not confident of a good result.In summary.. this is a DIY product and works very well for the purpose it was purchased, once a good technique is worked out it's pretty easy to use... saving over 100 quid every time we use it makes it a cheap buy, that said we'll probably only use it a couple of times a year.Would recommend.

This has been a fantastic buy…. Well worth the money. We needed to get to windows above the conservatory and this did the job nicely. The telescopic handle was easy to use and the water added extra cleaning. We also bought some cleaning liquid for the soap dispenser and it helped enormously. The pole fully stretched was a bit awkward to manoeuvre but as it was a first attempt, I am hoping it will get better as I use it more. I tried not to use the first pole as it is the most thin and furthest away. It cleaned all my windows brilliantly and also cleaned up the eaves. It cleaned up the conservatory roof too and quite quickly. It is a bit heavy when opened up so it might be an idea to make sure the person using it is fit to hold it. My hubby did mine as It was a wee bit heavy for me( only 5 foot tall with no upper arm strength).

I purchased the 34ft IGADPole Washing Kit to clean and reach the top of my standing seam metal roof. It gets the job done by delivering water directly to the brush for actual cleaning, not just rinsing. The water pressure is not very strong and there is a small leak at the brush head, but the flow is steady enough to be effective. The length is excellent for high areas, although it’s a bit awkward to maneuver when fully extended due to its size.The pole, locking mechanisms, and attachments feel sturdy and well made. The soap dispenser is a nice feature in theory, but it’s hard to tell whether it is dispensing anything. There is no visible indication or control that makes this clear during use.Customer service was a standout. My kit included an extra gooseneck extension that did not align correctly. I sent a photo of the issue, and the company quickly understood and sent a replacement part without any hassle. I did have to follow up once, since my initial message went to their spam folder, but once I heard back, they were very responsive and helpful.I also reached out with questions about swapping attachments and whether that might wear out the hose connections over time. They assured me it should not be a problem and even shared a helpful video showing the proper way to make the swaps.Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the support behind it. If you need a long-reach cleaning tool that performs well and comes with great customer service, I would recommend this one.
