I used this butchers twine to truss a rotisserie chicken and it worked great! A lot of twine at a good price!

Use for rolling up braciole or thinly sliced stuffed chicken or pork cutlets. Strong enough for roasts too!

This was very economical but it doesn’t pull from the center, which I knew. I bought it for cooking, to tie up a roast or chicken, so I put it in a small ziplock bag to keep it clean and I can pull the string out without it rolling around.
