A bit Pricey - but worth it
Good product - packaged well. I have gone through cheaper headsets. Most have failed after a short time. Read a good review on CNET and PC Mag. So I decided to give these a try. Very comfortable. Great padding around head and fits nicely on the ears. Blocks a lot of background noise, but not so much that you can't hear someone coming into room Great for Zoom calls, good microphone boom that swings out of the way when you don't need it. So far, working very well. Connects quickly to my PC or Mac. Controls are easy to find and use. However, manual is very short on details which is surprising for this high-quality item

Faulty Mic Design
Let me start off by saying, I loved this headset! ANC was good, hear-through was great, music and voices with calls were clear, and the battery lasted my full 10 hour shift each day. The Jabra Evolve2 75 was one of the best headsets I've used! So, why a 1 star review? This headset model has a major design flaw with the microphone! After almost a year of use, the headset would blast my ears with static when I moved the mic arm up and down. This also caused static on the caller side that interfered with my work. Eventually, the microphone stopped working entirely...I did some research and noticed multiple forums online where people had similar issues as short as 3 months after buying new. The only problem is that I bought a used headset to save some money, expecting I could do my own repairs when needed. So, unlike others, I didn't have a warranty to cover a replacement. Since I had nothing to lose, I opened it up and found out the issue was the ribbon cable connecting the mic. This cable is installed in a way that can rub and pinch each time the arm is moved, causing excess wear and tear, which explained the static each time I moved the boom arm. Now, the biggest issue... This ribbon cable cannot be replaced! It is hardwired into the mic board, and I had to break the mic arm open to even notice this. This microphone is not designed to be repaired, only replaced. However, you cannot buy a replacement mic anywhere. For this reason, it doesn't appear there are any refurbished models of the Evolve 2 75 or Evolve 2 85, and repair shops don't offer repairs on these models. You either replace the headset through a warranty, or buy a new one around $250.So, if you buy new, this is a great headset with a 2 year warranty! But if you're buying used, look for something else!!!

Quality and performance
I have purchased several headphones with ANC, but this is the one that actually works and is of great quality. I just recently purchased another set for personal use. I love it. The metal connection for the headphones is perfect. I had purchased headphones designed for truckers, but they are not effective for office noises. They are great for on the road; however, the plastic on the headphones breaks easily. If you want good quality headphones for working from home or in the office with ANC. I highly recommend these.

4 Jabra Headsets, 3 mic failures
First off, when they are working, I am a HUGE fan of Jabra Headsets. I have bought two Evolve 75s, an Elite 85 and now a Evolve2 75. The audio quality, ANC, sync with phone and PC are all excellent. The issue is that the boom mic fails. I'm one case, it failed during the warranty period, but mostly they fall outside the 1 year window...the Evolve2 75 pair I had just failed after 18 months. While I love everything else, I can't recommend people buying these with the track record of failure on this dimension. If you search on the Web, many, many other people have the exact same issue. I've watched the videos and while with proper equipment (soldering iron, wire stripper and an electronics oriented toolset with super small screwdrivers) I could be able to replace but I don't have this stuff).Overall, it's been frustrating as a consumer, particularly for someone who paid for a premium pair of headphones.

Worth the extra money
Quick charging time and very comfortable. Noise cancelling works like a dream! Worth the higher price with easy setup!

Terrible experience with customer service
I'll keep it short and to the pointGood:Good ANC (amazing actually)Good sounding speakersGood microphone qualityGood battery lifeBAD:Jabras Evolve 2 headsets with the folding microphone have 1 MAJOR issue, a manufacturer defect or poor design. If you use the microphone boom, and close/open it as designed, IT WILL eventually fail because the cable inside the arm boom becomes damaged from opening and closing. Do some searches and you'll find others with this issue. Mine was purchased on December 2022 and microphone died by May 2023.If you just leave the arm open and never close it then you won't have that problem, but on a headset this price that is ridiculous. The WORST part of this is Jabras customer service. After troubleshooting, I got an RMA, I had to pay shipping for my defective product, they received them on 5/24/23, as of today, 6/13/23 no email about any headset being sent back out to me. What a terrible experience, i would not recommend Jabra products based on customer service alone.Edit. 6/13/24The replacement has been working fine, although I did buy a 2nd headset from another company to have as a backup or to share use load

Make sure you install the app and run the setup to get the best experience.
I was totally confused about the audio artifacts when I first started using the headphones.I almost returned them and found that the application for Jabra made a MASSIVE difference. Tune them for your hearing as well as apply any updates. It went from a echo laden sound with horrible experience to absolutely fantastic experience after running the Jabra app on the computer.Seriously, if you don't run the Jabra app and set them up properly, you're missing out.
