When you buy a clip on spoon rest that says it goes on pots etc you would assume it was heat resistant. But no this melted the first time I used it on a pot. Leaving a nasty bunch of melted plastic on my pot. Totally useless

The clip item melts and is not heat resistant!
This clip item melted onto the pan after first use, please see pictures. I assumed if it’s meant to be clipped onto a pot it would be heat resistant but it is not the case with this particular item.

Unable to use after using this twice.
After the second use, the area that clips on to the pan is melted together as it apparently gets to hot for the material this is made of. it is now un-useable. Waste of my money.
