I drink it hot and cold throughout the day 365 days a year.I’ve had my eye on Javvy brand coffee concentrate for a while now. I have been on a quest to find the best tasting coffee concentrate that will allow me to make coffees at home that taste much better than the overpriced coffee I sometimes purchase if I’m in a pinch. I am sorry, but I refuse to give my hard earned money to those mega-chain, celeb endorsed coffee shops with their overpriced and overrated drinks. You actually don’t even know what’s in the drinks you order at these places and to be very honest they’re just not that good.I’ve tried multiple coffee concentrates over the last six months or so and wasn’t impressed with any of them. K also found that a few were way overpriced and full of sugars, artificial flavors and a lot of stuff that’s not really good for you.I finally decided to give Javvy a try and ordered the Caramel Brûlée concentrate. I love caramel or that tends to be the flavor I lean toward when making coffee.The coffee concentrate arrived packaged nice in a small box that protected the small Javvy bottle perfectly. I couldn’t wait to try it and literally opened it the moment it arrived and gave it a try. I followed the directions and added 2 teaspoons of the coffee concentrate to a 12 ounces of water/milk mixture. I poured it over some ice in my favorite cup for iced coffee drinks. I added my favorite sweetened, caramel flavored creamer and stirred well. I even topped it off with some caramel flavored cold foam cream.OMG!! Let me tell y’all this was hands down the best tasting coffee concentrate I’ve ever had. I’ll go as far to say this was one of the top 3 best tasting iced coffee I’ve ever had homemade or bought at a coffee shop. The only ones that I feel come close to being as good or maybe slightly better are the ones I’ve purchased in small, locally owned coffee shops where they ethically sourced their coffee beans, freshly ground and roasted the beans in house. 2 of the shop’s I’m referring to are located in Nashville, Tennessee and the other in Memphis, Tennessee.Of course, those smaller shops aren’t making coffee drinks using concentrate, so it’s really not fair to compare them, but just want to give you an idea of how good this Javvy stuff is.I’m impressed by the overall taste, quality and the fact that they don’t add unnecessary sugars or artificial flavors or sweeteners. I am also very happy about the price. It’s extremely affordable.You get 35 servings from this one small container of concentrate if using 1 tsp per cup/serving. If you’re like me and love a larger cup or coffee then you will use 2 tsp. Of concentrate per cup. This comes out to around 17-17.5 cups per container. Either way you’re getting a huge discount compared to purchasing coffee from a shop. The savings annually are enough to make a real difference. We’re not talking chump change here, but real money.Currently, if you order online via Amazon you can get an extra $3 off your first subscribe and save order.
