Why do you have to add sugar and why does raw original honey have expiry date… felt its just a gimmick and advertising.

The quality, texture, taste and thickness of this honey, everything is incredible. The taste is amazing. I just had a teaspoon minutes ago. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking to buy it; you will love it and it’s very beneficial for your health :) I have reordered a second one! :)
