This book changed my life and helped me understand the connections between my physical and emotional sense of self. The diagrams and explanations make it easy to understand and incorporate in my yoga practice. My whole family loves it too! This book by Dr. Vaughan is completely brilliant!

This is one of the most important books I’ve ever purchased. It changed the way I look at pain. As a massage therapist, it’s helped me help many people out of years’ of chronic pain. It’s easy to digest and I never get tired of rereading. Its fun to try these acupressure points on yourself or others. It’s definitely the book I bring with me most places. LOVE IT!!!!

As a daily yoga practitioner Ms. Vaughan’s books have made a huge difference in my understanding of my body and how energy flows within it. What I’ve learned about locating points and using acupressure techniques has really advanced my daily practice, helping to reduce pain and possible injury, and creating energy. This volume is a highly accessible and easy to use guide into this amazing science, and I highly recommend it!

This book contains excellent illustrations! As a beginner, I appreciate Dr. Vaughan’s clear explanations. This will be a great reference for years. Glad I purchased.

Invaluable resource that is well written.

Unfortunately receiving this book was very disappointing. It seems home printed on A4 low quality sheets, and the fact that it is full of typos and laid out in sloppy design makes it an unpleasant object to hold and read. I've seen bachelor degree theses typeset and printed with more love and care. I am not doubting the knowledge that the authors put into this, but such poor quality at the price of 26,92 euros makes it really hard to take them seriously.
